Equipment: Ball and Net
In this drill, players are cross court from each other with one player (the feeder) at the NVZ line and the other near the baseline. The player at the baseline returns the feed with a drop shot and cover the angle while slowly coming in to the NVZ line.
This is an advanced drill as you are attempting to drop to your opponent's non-dominant side.
