Ernie Medina has a doctorate in public health, specializing in preventive care and lifestyle medicine. He worked in a medical group for over 21 years focusing on lifestyle medicine.
Ernie is back in graduate school as an assistant professor. His specialty is in physical activity, nicknamed the "physical activity evangelist", and is interested in how physical activity benefits the whole body, physical mental, social, etc.
He looks at pickleball as one of the best public health interventions that we can promote to our communities.
